Account Executive Amy Hughes earned a Business Economics degree from Randolph Macon College while playing collegiate soccer for the Yellow Jackets.   Amy has worked in accounting, customer service, but mostly sales in the graphics arts since 1994.  She is a member of the Retail Merchants Association, on the Board of Directors of the Kanawha Recreation Association and the Social Chairperson for UHNA.  She has always loved ink on paper and brings years of experience to your next print project.

Benny Bowman

Benny Bowman

President Benny Bowman directs, administers and coordinates the activities of the company in accordance with the policies, goals and objectives established by the Board of Directors. Benny has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University and is a graduate of The Printing Industries of America’s Executive Development Program. Benny has worked in bindery, pre-press, sales and sales management in our industry, beginning in 1981.

He is President Elect of the Association for Corporate Growth, serves on the board of directors of Printing and Graphics Association of the Mid-Atlantic and is a frequent speaker at international DSCOOP events.

Brian Losch

Vice President of Sales Brian Losch manages the day to day sales activities of the company. He began his sales career in 1997, after having earned Bachelor’s Degree a from Randolph-Macon College and has been with Worth Higgins & Associates since 2001. Prior to his current role Brian managed Worth Connects, our Web-to-Print division, in addition to his role as a top producing Account Executive.

Daniel Fannon

Daniel Fannon graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1994 and received a Master of Business Administration from The College of William & Mary in 2005. He has completed numerous courses through the Printing Industries of America and the National Association of Printers and Lithographers Executive Development Programs. He was President of Fannon Fine Printing and was an officer and served on the Board of the Printing Industries of Virginia, The Salvation Army – Alexandria, and the Rotary Club of Alexandria.

Lisa Stanley

Account Executive Lisa Stanley started her printing career in 1987 before joining the Worth Higgins & Associates team in 1996. She has enjoyed several positions at Worth Higgins & Associates including Customer Service, Billing, Receptionist and Sales. Lisa currently represents our promotional products division, Worth Promoting, specializing in all things branded including screen printing and embroidery. Her passion is people and conversation.

Melany Oakley

Account Executive Melany Oakley received her BS in Psychology from VCU in 2010 and began work in customer service at Worth Higgins & Associates after graduating. She managed the highest sales volume in customer service in 2011, and in 2012 she and Blair Hunnicutt were the company’s top sales producers. Melany has served on the Social Media Committee and the Wellness committee at Worth Higgins & Associates. She was promoted into sales in early 2014, serving the Northern Virginia market.

After graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Mass Communications and a focus in Advertising, Page joined Britches Great Outdoors and quickly became part of their store management team.

After Britches, Page began a career as an Event Planner for the Home Builders Association of Richmond and was recruited by one of her vendors to join their team and then started her own business selling promotional products.

In January 0f 2014 Page joined the Worth Higgins team and started the Worth Promoting division. She brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the Industry and a vast knowledge of the Industry.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Rick LaReau establishes overall policies and objectives for the company and provides the leadership for achieving company goals. Rick earned a degree in Business Administration from Lynchburg College in 1980 and is a graduate of The Printing Industries of America’s Executive Development Program, Level 1 as well as Sales Force Management at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Rick has held increasingly responsible sales and management positions in the graphic arts since 1980, culminating in his promotion to president of Worth Higgins & Associates in 1999.

Worth Wide Account Manager Kristina Gordon studied public relations at Virginia Commonwealth University, she joined the printing industry in 1995 as a pre-press scheduler at Cadmus Graphics Solutions.  Throughout her career, Kristina has developed a broad range of knowledge working in estimating, order entry, scheduling, customer service and sales. Kristina joined the Worth Wide team in 2012 and has enjoyed the challenge of learning wide format and bringing her organization skills to complex projects.
