Worth Higgins & Associates, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Signs Unlimited, Inc.
Richmond, Virginia, October 6, 2017 – Employee-owned Worth Higgins & Associates, Inc., Virginia’s largest sheet fed commercial printer, today announced the acquisition of Signs Unlimited, Inc.
Effective October 5, 2017, the acquisition is calculated to generate an additional $2 million in annual sales for the company.
Benny Bowman, president and chief operating officer of Worth Higgins & Associates is excited about the acquisition and future growth of Signs Unlimited. “We have been trade partners with Signs Unlimited for many years. The most attractive part of joining our forces is that we have very little overlap in our capabilities. The customers of both Signs Unlimited and our Worth Wide division will quickly see additional capabilities at their disposal.”

Signs Unlimited will continue to operate in their current location while building modifications are completed which will combine all wide format operations on the Worth Higgins & Associates campus in Henrico, VA.
